Not a full suggestion, the tackle is not fixed devoted to to the man about town. And the disarm at the end is screwed on. Not good it as a running weapon. But if you wanna have a unapproachable looking stiletto yes it does that much. So thats why it gets two stars out of five, dispassionate looking and thats it.
