If you’re a Buckeye racing groupie, you unmistakably identify the name Chick In good. Little talk came to us recent last week, sad to say, that Chick – his correct name was William – has passed away at 83. Mark about this statistic: Chick was the only driver to have raced at the fabled, frightful Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, every year that it was run by fail Earl Baltes, from its launch in 1954 until Baltes sold the misplace to Tony Stewart in 2002.

About three months ago, at a fundraising outcome in Cornelius, I met and talked with a baggage who was providing hot dogs and chips to patrons in transfer for a bequest to the liberality.

Last week, as I was having my locks cut, also in Cornelius, the same helpmate walked in. It appears we also have the same hairdresser.

The female, Julie Littlefield of Mooresville, and I starting talking again, about fundraising and dole events. Littlefield is collecting NASCAR items to be auctioned for considerateness.
